The Folger Adam 310-4S-12D-629-LCBMA is a fail secure electric strike with a latchbolt and locking cam monitor, rated for 3 hours of fire resistance. It is constructed entirely of steel with a bright stainless steel finish, built to withstand heavy-duty and high-abuse environments.
This model features a 3/4-inch faceplate with an integrated 1/4-inch base shim that can be removed to fit rim exit devices. It provides tamper resistance and corrosion protection along with a static strength of 1,500 pounds and a dynamic strength of 70 foot-pounds. The strike is rated for 500,000 cycles and includes adjustable components for better deadlatch handling and horizontal lockdown.
