Frio Hold Universal Shoe Mount

This universal shoe mount is designed to attach to a flash or light panel, allowing it to connect with stands that have 1/4"-20 or 3/8"-16 threads. The polymer composite construction reduces weight and prevents unwanted flash triggering from metal-on-metal shorting. It offers resistance to expansion and contraction under extreme temperatures and conditions compared to stainless steel or aluminum adapters. The mount includes aluminum 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads at the bottom, with a polymer shoe mount on top. It is compatible with most shoe mount devices and features a locking pin cavity for secure attachment of the flash unit.
