Furman PS-REL AC Relay

The Furman PS-REL AC Relay offers an alternative method for closing switch contacts. Unlike the RS-1, it is a relay that detects AC power presence and closes its contacts when wired to a terminal strip. It can be used with any Furman product supporting low-voltage remote control. A PS-REL helps determine when an outlet has powered on after a delay, allowing for extended capacity. It can also extend the capacity of switched outlets on home theater receivers. A wireless remote can activate the receiver, which powers its outlet, triggering the PS-REL to activate a Power Sequencer, MiniPort, or PowerPort system.
