Who the warranty rules apply to
These rules apply to clients purchasing equipment and requesting
warranty review or warranty repair. Warranty support is provided
when the client complies with the applicable rules of operation,
transportation and storage during the warranty period.

Claim Process
How to submit a warranty request

Prepare the equipment
Make sure the device is clean and, where applicable,
submitted as a complete set.

Collect supporting documents
Include a copy of the sales invoice and, if possible,
keep the original packaging.

Submit the claim in writing
Describe the malfunction and the sequence of actions
after which the problem appeared or performance was lost.

Wait for technical review
The equipment is inspected to determine whether the case
falls within the warranty conditions.
Warranty Terms
Warranty period and core conditions
Domestic equipment
The warranty period is determined by the manufacturer and
specified in the documentation attached to the equipment.
Imported equipment
The warranty period is 12 months from the date of sale,
unless another term is expressly documented.
Warranty conditions should always be interpreted together with the
equipment documentation and any applicable sales records.
Acceptance Conditions
What is required when equipment is submitted
- Faulty equipment should be clean
- The product should be provided in a complete set where applicable
- Exceptions may apply when diagnostics are performed for separate components
- A copy of the sales invoice should be included
- If possible, the original packaging should be provided as well
Written Claim
What should be included in the request
All claims should be submitted in writing and should contain a clear
description of the issue, including the sequence of actions that led
to the malfunction or the circumstances in which the equipment lost
its performance.

- Observable malfunction or loss of performance
- Brief chronology of events before the issue appeared
- Supporting invoice or proof of purchase
