The HID Signo 20 PIV Reader is designed to support multiple identification card types including PIV, CIV, CAC, TWIC, and FRAC. It features enhanced read range and includes a CAK certificate. The device supports contactless cards at 125 kHz such as HID Prox, Indala Prox, Dorado Prox, and EM Prox, as well as legacy contactless credentials. It also supports 13.56 MHz contactless smart cards like Seos, iCLASS SE, iCLASS, MIFARE DESFire EV1/EV2, and MIFARE Classic. The reader uses Open Supervised Device Protocol (OSDP) and Wiegand protocols. Dimensions are 4.78 x 1.77 x 0.77 inches or 12.14 x 4.5 x 1.96 centimeters.
