The HyperX QuadCast 2 S Multipattern USB Electret Condenser Microphone is designed for use in gaming, streaming, and content creation. It features a large diaphragm / USB conferencing microphone type with a cardioid / figure-8 / omnidirectional polar pattern. The microphone includes three electret condenser elements and has a frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz. It does not have an analog output but includes a 1x USB-C digital output. Powered by USB, it offers mono or stereo sound field options. The microphone has a 0.6" / 14 mm diaphragm and is side address oriented. It includes controls for gain/sensitivity, headphone volume, mono/stereo, multifunction knob, and polar pattern. The sensitivity is -8 dBFS.
