The Interlogix 120-8627 Software Support Agreement provides maintenance and technical support for the Prime software platform. This software enables centralized management of intrusion detection, access control, and video surveillance systems from a single interface.
Prime software supports up to 16 doors and 256 inputs, with capacity for 1,000 users. It allows configuration of system parameters, transaction monitoring, graphical map views, and reports to facilitate system oversight. The software also integrates with Verex Embedded DVRs, March Networks R4 and R5 DVRs, and supports camera call-ups on alarm pull events.
