The JBL Constant Beamwidth Technology CBT 50LA-LS Line Array Column Loudspeaker features eight 2" full-range drivers. It offers a frequency range of 120 Hz to 20 kHz, -10 dB (full space). The coverage pattern includes vertical coverage of 20° (1.5 to 16 kHz, ±10°) and horizontal coverage of 150° (average, 1 to 4 kHz, ±20°). The coverage angle varies at different frequencies, with specific measurements for 4000 Hz, 2000 Hz, 1000 Hz, and 500 Hz.
Sensitivity is 93 dB (Speech mode, 2 to 14 kHz) at 1W/1m, full space, and 89 dB (Music mode, 300 Hz to 18 kHz). Power capacity includes 8 Ω setting with 150 W (600 W peak), 2 hours and 100 W (400 W peak), 100 hours. SPL measurements are provided for both speech and music modes at different distances. Impedance is 8 Ω in bypass mode, with various tap options for 70 V / 100 V systems. The enclosure is a fiberglass reinforced ABS cabinet with a painted aluminum grille.
It has an IP-55 rating for outdoor durability and includes 10 x M6 swivel points for rigging.
