Featuring B270 optical glass, the filter's low reflection rating of less than .1% means more light transmission and better control of ghosting and flare. A new coating promotes clarity when working with telephoto lenses, while the glass surface is more durable and scratch-resistant. The filter is also waterproof, oil-proof, and anti-mildew to protect the front lens element during use in adverse weather conditions.
