The Leofoto MC-40 Multipurpose Clamp is designed to attach accessories to a tripod.
It can be used to clamp around a tripod leg with a diameter of up to 1.6". The 3/8"-16 and two 1/4"-20 threaded screw holes allow for attaching accessories such as a tablet/smartphone holder, an external video monitor, or an LED light. The clamp can also be used in reverse to attach the magic arm with the 3/8"-16 screw hole to the tripod and clamp an object with the MC-40. Made of black anodized aircraft aluminum, it is strong yet lightweight.
