The Linear RSM-2 Remote Speaker/Microphone is an accessory for the Linear DUAL-824 Security System. It connects to the system via a 6-conductor wire and mounts inside the DUAL-824KP keypad housing.
With a VB-2 or VB-3 audio module installed in the control panel, this unit enables sound monitoring and voice communication through the keypad. The microphone and speaker allow for one-way or two-way audio, including voice prompts and communication with a Central Station. The RSM-2 secures to the keypad case using four locking push-on washers.
