The Penton CCS6-IP is a 6-inch ceiling speaker with a 20-watt output designed for IP-based audio applications. It supports voice paging, intercom, music streaming, and audio routing across networks. The speaker is suitable for environments with high ambient noise or large spaces where powerful sound projection is needed.
This model features power over Ethernet (PoE+), an optional 24V DC power input, and built-in microphone input for hands-free intercom use. It includes full digital signal processing with acoustic echo cancellation, noise reduction, automatic gain control, and equalization controls. Additional functionalities include three control inputs for level or source selection and one contact output for triggering events, all manageable via a web browser interface.
The CCS6-IP works with 3rd party TERRACOM systems and integrates with TerraManager GUI software. Supported audio codecs include G.711, G.722, WAV, and MP3. It also supports duplex intercom and supports the SIP protocol for network communication.
