Ratio Six Smart Coffee Maker

The Ratio Six Smart Coffee Maker automates the pourover brewing method with a single button. It begins by dispersing hot water through a stainless steel spiral showerhead to evenly saturate the coffee grounds, triggering a bloom that enhances extraction.

The built-in control board then pauses to allow the bloom to settle before gradually delivering water near the optimal temperature of 200 degrees Fahrenheit. This process produces evenly extracted coffee with a rich flavor balance. The machine brews up to 40 ounces, about eight 5-ounce cups.
