The RDL D-SFRC8 Room Control Station is designed for use with the SourceFlex distributed audio system. This device allows users to select between 8 audio sources. It features a 7 segment red LED display that indicates the selected channel, with 0 representing off or paging. The unit includes momentary button channel SELECT functionality. Users can adjust gain with a single-turn audio taper potentiometer located on the front panel.
The frequency response ranges from 20 Hz to 20 kHz for line level signals, and 40 Hz to 20 kHz for speaker outputs. The device has low total harmonic distortion plus noise levels, with THD + N less than 0.1% for line level and less than 0.25% for speaker outputs. It also provides line outputs at +4 dBu balanced and -10 dBV unbalanced, with maximum output power of 3.5 W RMS into 8 Ω and 6.5 W RMS into 4 Ω. The unit requires 24 VDC @ 30 mA for operation, supplied from the SourceFlex controller.
