The RDL ST-GSP1 Gated Speech Microphone Preamplifier is designed for professional audio applications. It features a single channel input and output with screw terminals. The unit includes a phantom voltage terminal that accepts DC voltages up to 48VDC, filtered internally. The preamp supports microphone gating and offers a gain range of 45 to 65dB, adjustable. Frequency response is 15Hz to 20kHz, +/-0.5dB into 10 kΩ bridging input.
Noise levels are <-80dB below +4dBu, un-weighted (preamp muted). The device has a 10mSec switching time and 2 Sec nominal "Off Delay" which can be extended with an external capacitor. It requires a ground-referenced, 24 to 33Vdc @ 75mA power source.
