The RDL ST-VCA3 Voltage-Controlled Amplifier is designed for remote audio level control potentiometer or DC applications.
The RDL ST-VCA3 Voltage-Controlled Amplifier is designed for remote audio level control potentiometer or DC applications. This amplifier features a plastic and metal construction with a black finish. It includes two inputs: a mic input with 200Ω balanced and 5KΩ unbalanced options, and a line input with 30KΩ balanced bridging or unbalanced options. The output is +4dBu, 150Ω balanced. The amplifier has a headroom of 18dB, with THD & Noise specifications of less than 0.05% for mic inputs and less than 0.025% for line inputs at unity gain.
The frequency response ranges from 30Hz to 20kHz for mic inputs and 10Hz to 20kHz for line inputs. Noise levels are below -71dB for mic inputs and below -78dB for line inputs. The CMRR is greater than 60dB for mic inputs and greater than 40dB for line inputs. The control range is 0 to 10VDC or 0 to 10KΩ, with attenuation steps from 0 to 90dB. The dimensions are 0.7 x 3 x 1.6" (1.7 x 7.6 x 3.9cm).
