The Sequential Prophet Rev2 16-Voice Polyphonic Analog Synthesizer Module offers a comprehensive set of features for music production. It includes 55 x knobs and 35 x buttons for deep editing, along with MIDI connectors for In, Out, and Thru connections. The pedal/CV input supports expression pedals or control voltages ranging from 0 to 5 VDC. Main stereo output and headphone output are provided for audio distribution.

The module features a 16-voice polyphonic synthesizer with a gated step sequencer and polyphonic step sequencer, along with a programmable arpeggiator. It includes two digitally controlled analog oscillators per voice, a low-pass filter with selectable pole operation, three envelope generators, and four LFOs with key sync.
