Square D individual meter sockets are designed to feed downstream main lug or main breaker load centers, or an enclosed service disconnect. They can be configured with various releases, horns, or no bypasses to suit different meter socket applications. Units with a hub opening in the top end wall require a bolt-on hub or closing plate.
With a 125 A, 600 V, 1 phase, 4 jaws, ringless configuration, this meter socket offers a 10 kA RMS short circuit rating. It features a bonded neutral within a NEMA 3R steel enclosure and is UL Listed. The horn bypass allows for continued service during meter maintenance or replacement.
