The Square D 8538SBA43V02S combination starter is a non-reversing device suitable for controlling motors up to 5 horsepower at 460V AC and 575V AC in three-phase systems. It features a separate control circuit and is equipped with a fusible disconnect switch rated at 30A. The starter is constructed with NEMA 12 painted sheet steel and includes an external reset for ease of operation.
