This EMC input filter is an accessory for variable speed drives in the Altivar range and servo drives in the Lexium range. It enhances drive compliance with stringent electromagnetic compatibility standards.
Rated at 49A, it is used to lower conducted emissions on the line supply below IEC/EN 61800-3 category C1 or C2 limits and to increase maximum motor cable length for category C3. The filter features an IP20 protection index and weighs 4.75 kg.
It is compatible with TN (neutral connection) and TT (earthed neutral) systems and can be mounted beside or beneath the drive, with the drive's power supply connected directly via the filter output cable.
