The Triplett TMP50 thermometer accepts a single Type K or Type J thermocouple input. It measures temperatures ranging from -328 to 2501°F (-200 to 1372°C) for Type K and -346 to 2012°F (-210 to 1100°C) for Type J sensors. The dual backlit display shows readings in °F, °C, or °K.
This unit measures temperatures on solid surfaces and in liquids or ambient air. It includes adjustable offset compensation for probe calibration, as well as Min/Max/Average and elapsed time functions. A Data Hold feature locks the current reading for easier recording.
The TMP50 allows programmable auto power off settings to conserve battery life. It comes with a Certificate of Traceability to N.I.S.T, a thermocouple bead probe, and 3 AAA batteries.
