The Vaxis Storm 800 Wireless Transmission System is a transmitter and receiver set up designed for professional use. This system supports video input through a BNC (3G-SDI) and HDMI connection, with loop output on the transmitter. The receiver offers two BNC (3G-SDI) outputs and an HDMI output. Embedded audio includes 2-channel SDI and 2-channel HDMI. The system operates on 5G wireless technology with a latency of less than 1 ms.
It supports various video formats including HDMI/SDI 1080p, 1080PsF, 1080i, and 720p. The receiver features a V-Mount battery while the transmitter has an L-Series mount. Antenna I/O includes internal on the receiver and RP-SMA external on the transmitter. Audio I/O provides a 1/8" / 3.5 mm headphone output. Power I/O includes LEMO 2-Pin and Micro-USB inputs on both transmitter and receiver. The wireless range is 853' / 260 m (line-of-sight) with 20 channels available.
