The Vidion LiveEdge Max 2 Encoder is designed for professional video encoding and streaming. It supports up to UHD 4K60 input and streaming with multiple streams using Mu. The device features a 2.35" LCD display and includes a single SD memory card slot. Video I/O includes 1x HDMI 2.0 Female and 2x BNC (12G-SDI) Female. Embedded audio supports 16-channel HDMI/SDI. IP video encoding is supported via H.264/H.265 at various resolutions and frame rates.
IP audio encoding includes AAC-LC/Opus with bitrates ranging from 64 to 576 Kb/s. The encoder also supports simultaneous streams, a USB-C 3.0 / 3.1/3.2 Gen 1 input/output, and an RJ45 (2.5 GbE) port. It has HDCP support and operates on 10 to 15 VDC with a power consumption of 25 W.
