VIGITRON INC VI3103 3-port Drop-and-insert

The VIGITRON INC VI3103 3-port Drop-and-insert unit allows you to add a second IP camera without installing a new home-run cable. It supports multiple camera connections on a single cable run by extending IP Video and PoE up to 328 ft (100 m) per unit.

This device can be cascaded to transmit IP Video and PoE signals up to 3,000 ft (909 m). It can be powered by PoE or an optional local power source and automatically detects input data rates. The VI3103 offers a third port for drop and insert along a cable run, and includes full IEEE Network layer 2 switching to prevent transmission conflicts.
