The Visonic MCT-241P MD is a waterproof wireless fall detector that serves as both a manual emergency alert button and an automatic fall sensor. It detects falls using a built-in tilt sensor that activates an alarm if the user tilts beyond 60 degrees for a preset time, usually about one minute.
This device transmits alarms using the PowerCode protocol with one of 16 million unique code combinations, preventing accidental interference. The transmitter is housed in a factory-sealed waterproof case, making it suitable for wet environments like bathrooms, showers, gardens, or pools.
Powered by a long-life lithium battery, it includes visible low-battery indicators. The MCT-241P MD is compatible with all PowerMax Amber systems and meets various international frequency standards. It comes with a neck cord featuring a safety release and includes a belt clip for added convenience.
