4 inch cover assembly is made of die-cast aluminum with a brushed finish. It is intended for use with Evolution Series Poke-Thru devices to provide access to power and communication connections recessed below floor level. The cover supports two gang capacity and meets UL scrub water exclusion standards for various floor types. The assembly measures 5.5 inches in length and width, with a height of 3-7/8 inches. It is cULus listed, RoHS compliant, and manufactured in Mexico. Warranty coverage is one year from installation or two years from the date of sale.
