The Yellowtec PUC Classic is a USB 1.1 audio interface designed for professional use.
The Yellowtec PUC Classic is a USB 1.1 audio interface designed for professional use. It features USB bus powered operation with a typical current draw of less than 400 mA. The device supports Windows 98 (2nd edition)/2000/ME/XP and Mac OS 9 or higher. It includes connectors such as DB-25 (D-sub) female, 1/8" (3.5 mm) TRS for headphones, and USB Type-B. The interface provides electronically balanced analog inputs and outputs with a reference level of +6 dBu and maximum level of +15 dBu.
Input impedance is 20 kOhms, while output impedance exceeds 600 Ohms. Headphone outputs have a maximum level of +20 dBu (unloaded) with an impedance of 300 Ohms and a load of > 600 Ohms. Sampling rates include 11.025 kHz, 16kHz, 22.05 kHz, 32 kHz, 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz for A/D and 32 kHz, 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz for D/A. The device operates with a 16-bit bit depth and has noise specifications of 88 dBr for A/D and 88 dBr (95 dBr with AutoMute) for D/A, covering 22 Hz to 22 kHz with QPeak, A-weighted.
It also includes GPI control input ports with digital voltage ranges from 0 to +5 V, active at 0 V, and non-active at open or +5 V.
