It supports transport protocols including DHCP, and features video encoding/decoding via MPEG-2 to resolutions up to 1080p. Audio encoding/decoding is supported through AC3/Dolby Digital. The device utilizes J.83b modulation type with a modulation error ratio of greater than 38 dB. It complies with HRC / IRC / STD cable standards and provides RF output levels ranging from 25 to 45 dBm in 1 dB increments.
The unit also supports J.83b: 256/64-QAM modulation, has a spectral tilt of less than 1 dB over 6 MHz, and maintains an I/Q amplitude imbalance below 1% typical. It includes a 1x IEC C13/C14 power input.
