The 10 AWG XHHW solid building wire comes on a 500-foot spool. It features solid, uncoated copper conductors with cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation that meets UL-44 standards. Rated for 600 volts, this wire is approved for use in wet or dry locations at temperatures up to 90 degrees Celsius.
This building wire is suitable for feeders, branch circuits, conduit, underground installations, and other recognized raceways in compliance with the NEC. It carries an allowable ampacity of 30 amps at 60ºC, 75ºC, and 90ºC insulation ratings.
