This 1/0 XHHW building wire is sold by the foot with a minimum order of 25 feet and a maximum of 1000 feet. For lengths beyond 1000 feet, please contact us directly. The wire conforms to NEC standards and is rated for 600 volts. It can be used in wet or dry locations with a maximum operating temperature of 90°C.
The conductor is made of stranded, bare copper following ASTM B3, B8, and B787 specifications. Insulation consists of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) meeting UL-44 standards. Ampacity ratings are 125 amps at 60°C, 150 amps at 75°C, and 170 amps at 90°C. It meets multiple industry standards including UL 44, ASTM, CSA C22.2 No. 38, NEMA WC-70, and NFPA 70 (NEC).

- Sunlight resistant insulation on sizes 6 AWG and larger
