The RDL ST-MA2 Mono Audio Amplifier with Muting is a 2W, 8-Ohm single-speaker amplifier designed for conferencing monitor amplification. This device features an input impedance of 20 kOhms, balanced or unbalanced bridging, and an input level of -10 dBV minimum for 2 W RMS output. The output impedance is 8 Ohms, capable of driving 4 Ohm loads. It provides 1.75 W RMS continuous power with a maximum of 2 W RMS. The amplifier has a THD & Noise of less than 0.5%, a bandwidth of 45 Hz to 14 kHz, and a common mode rejection ratio greater than 60 dB (50 Hz to 120 Hz).
Residual noise is below -80 dB (below 2 W RMS), with a switching time under 50 µs. Mute attenuation exceeds 90 dB at 1 kHz, 85 dB between 300 Hz and 3 kHz, and 75 dB from 20 Hz to 20 kHz. Attenuation is selectable at 3 dB or 6 dB, with each setting individually adjustable via two independent inputs. The ambient operating environment ranges from 32 to 104°F / 0 to 40°C.
