This 12-2C w/ Ground Type MC Cable features a PVC jacket and interlocked aluminum armor. Rated for 600 volts, it includes copper conductors with XHHW-2 insulation suitable for 90°C continuous operation. The cable meets UL MC, CT USE standards and is approved for wet or dry locations.
Its durable construction allows use in power, control, and lighting circuits across commercial, industrial, mining, petroleum, and pulp paper environments. The cable supports installation indoors, outdoors, aerially, in conduits, ducts, trays, and direct burial (voltage limits apply).
- Conductor: Soft bare annealed copper, ASTM B-3, B stranding B-8
- Insulation: Cross-linked polyethylene (XLP) standard 44, XHHW-2
- Jacket: Black sunlight-resistant PVC
- Armor: Aluminum interlocked tape
